Title: Clinical Research Coordinator I, II or III Pay: $23-$30/hour DOE FT or PT: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire Location: Richardson, TX ***Local Candidates only, Client interviews will be onsite Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting our client in the health and nutrition sector. Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination of clinical studies and execute ongoing follow-up visits, ensuring strict compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines. Manage daily operational tasks such as document review, data entry, preparation of test materials, and collection of clinical data. Organize and conduct pre-study meetings and respond to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments. Prepare and maintain all study documentation including protocol amendments, case report forms, and study-specific documents. Coordinate, schedule, and monitor compliance of study subjects and panelists. Ensure proper adherence to safety, quality management, and laboratory practices in all aspects of study operation. Address and resolve issues with panelists, arrange project work, and assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Qualifications & Requirements Associate Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience with a GED or High School Diploma. Understanding of clinical research concepts and willingness to learn new processes. Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a highly professional setting. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency. Fit for Duty medical assessment required. No supervisory responsibilities. No travel required. Work is performed in a controlled, indoor environment with no exposure to hazardous conditions.
