Job Summary

\n

Seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers, drive loan production, improve lead conversion, and oversee daily sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, mortgage industry knowledge, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Lead, manage, and coach Inside Sales Loan Officers to achieve sales and loan origination targets.
\n
• Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and performance improvement plans.
\n
• Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, sales pipelines, productivity, and profitability.
\n
• Oversee lead distribution, follow-ups, call center operations, and workforce planning.
\n
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals.
\n
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Compliance, and other departments.
\n
• Improve customer experience, sales efficiency, and borrower retention.
\n
• Manage sales incentives, performance reviews, and quality assurance.
\n
• Ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations, including RESPA and HMDA.

Required Qualifications & Skills

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
\n
• 5+ years of mortgage sales and operations experience.
\n
• Active NMLS License required.
\n
• 3+ years of team management experience preferred.
\n
• Proven track record of managing inside sales teams and driving loan production.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and lending regulations.
\n
• Experience with CRM platforms and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
