About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to take on an enterprise-level leadership role in global cyber security, information risk, and resilience. The CISO will be responsible for defining and executing the global security strategy, leading security operations and governance, and ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards. This pivotal position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in incident response, crisis management, and leading large-scale enterprise security programs. Strong knowledge of modern security practices, including identity and access management, cloud security, and threat detection, is essential, as is experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI. As the CISO, the role involves not only technical expertise but also the ability to communicate complex security topics to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have relevant security certifications and experience in managing global teams. Responsibilities also include fostering a strong security culture, managing enterprise risk, and overseeing third-party security. The CISO will be the senior authority on cyber risk, providing assurance that security is a strategic enabler for the business. The position demands a leader with strong business acumen, capable of aligning security investments with financial and operational priorities, and who is adept at building and developing high-performance security teams.
