AdviceOne is growing, and we're looking for that person to lead within our Operations team. Someone our team can invest in and build into a leader. You'll work side by side with our leadership team, sharpening your leadership, management, and accountability skills as you grow with mentorship towards becoming a manager. If you feel your greatest wins have come from influencing and developing others to their greatest potential, this role could take that to the next level. Responsibilities Include Own the day-to-day management of your team, keeping work moving and priorities clear Build and maintain our culture of urgency and accountability Coach, train, and develop your team; take real ownership of their growth Mentor team members through challenges, not just tasks, and invest in where they go next Spot what's broken or inefficient and create better ways of doing things Partner with leadership to shape and execute strategy for your area About You You’re a natural leader and get energy from it. Maybe you've managed before, maybe you haven't, but you're ready to hold people accountable and own outcomes An out-of-the-box thinker who isn't afraid to take a risk or challenge how things have always been done A true people-person who gets work done through people, not by themselves You think analytically and enjoy solving complex problems You communicate your expectations, feedback, and process changes clearly and directly You receive feedback well and immediately act upon it You're organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple moving parts at once BA/BS degree No financial experience required About AdviceOne AdviceOne is a growing advisory firm that specializes in retirement decisions and asset management for our clients nationwide.
