This is primarily a remote position based out of Kansas City, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our professionals are equipped to meet the needs of families across our service area. Our Community Health Clinic serves as a hub for program administration, ensuring that children receive coordinated interventions in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine eligibility for early intervention services.

• Collaborate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that interventions meet the unique needs of each child and family.

• Monitor and document outcomes and progress in alignment with established goals, regularly updating team members and families on developments.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and their families, employing effective engagement strategies to create a nurturing and trusting environment.
\n
• Provide ongoing parenting support and resources to families, helping them navigate developmental challenges and enhance their child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

• Implement evidence-based practices, utilizing natural environment teaching methods to promote learning in family contexts.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and organizational standards, maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to improve skills and adapt to evolving service needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with infants and toddlers who experience developmental disabilities or delays. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
