The Role: Applied Technical Services is looking for a proactive and highly organized Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Load company van from warehouse
• Plan efficient route delivery schedules
• Delivery and pickup of equipment to / from customer locations as instructed
• Assist with equipment receiving process
• Interpret and process customer purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Serve as a primary point of contact at customer locations, ensuring professional and timely communication
• Maintain accurate milage records and reports
• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of delivery experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred or a combination of related experience and education
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and client information with confidentiality and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience is highly desirable
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
