SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Days and hours may vary. Pay range: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour. Requirements Prior institutional food service experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentoring, developing employees and encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Performing other duties as assigned.
