This individual will be responsible for validating end-to-end data flows across multiple interfaces, ensuring accurate processing of business logic, database updates, and successful integration into billing systems.The ideal candidate has strong experience with API and database testing, understands complex system integrations, and can effectively troubleshoot issues across multiple teams and platforms. This role will also support validation of reporting dashboards and user interfaces used by business stakeholders, executives, and customer service teams.ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end testing across multiple integrated systems and APIsValidate data movement between source systems, databases, and billing platformsPerform API testing using SOAP UI and other testing toolsExecute database testing and data validation activitiesValidate UI functionality, including browser network tab analysis and backend request verificationAnalyze application logs using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or similar log monitoring platformsCreate, execute, and document test cases, test plans, and test resultsIdentify, document, and triage defects using Jira and established QA processesParticipate in defect review sessions and coordinate issue resolution with development and integration teamsSupport testing efforts across multiple applications and teams during coordinated releasesValidate reporting dashboards and business intelligence interfaces for accuracy and usabilityUnderstand complex workflows between interconnected systems and effectively route issues to the appropriate support teamsParticipate in test planning, reporting, and execution activities within Octane and other QA management toolsThis is 4 days a week onsite in St Louis offering 40/hr.
