Job Description Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Suffolk, Virginia to hire Physical Therapists. Qualifications Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Virginia American Heart Association BLS At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Prior experience in hospice care Physical Therapist Contract Details $2,000 - $2,166 per week* 13‑week contract with possibility of extension Hospice Care *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
