- Providing in-home healthcare services across Missouri

- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families

- Provide care that is personalized-not rushed
- Graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years of COTA
- Must be licensed by the State of Missouri as a COTA
- Must have at least one year clinical experience as a COTA
- Must have current CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
