Job Title

ServiceNow experience (incident, change, demand). Mandatory Agile/Jira experience; managing boards, sprints, Kanban. Jira project management; sprint planning, backlog management. Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet experience. Weekly SDLC tracking across instrument environments. SDLC/GxP experience: validation, test traceability, release/change control. Laboratory experience; ability to communicate with scientists and IT. Robotics experience preferred. Strong stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation. Self-motivated; able to work independently and in teams. Additional: scientific computing/lab IT experience; QA/CSV alignment; ServiceNow coordination; strong documentation and communication.
