Grace Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Vice President of Sales Performance (VPSP) to provide strategic leadership to drive internal sales performance across the Grace Management, Inc. (GMI) portfolio of communities.

Summary of Responsibilities

The Vice President of Sales Performance is responsible for overseeing the Divisional Vice Presidents of Sales (DVPs) and Regional Directors of Sales (RDSs), analyzing sales trends, and optimizing systems and processes to support occupancy, revenue, and Net Operating Income (NOI) growth. This role ensures high accountability, performance metrics alignment, and successful implementation of sales strategies across communities.

Essential Functions

• Lead, coach, and manage the team to foster a high-performing sales culture and drive occupancy and revenue.

• Drive internal sales performance through ongoing KPI analysis and targeted direction to optimize conversion and sales volume and velocity.

• Analyze market conditions and industry trends to inform competitive positioning.

• Develop pricing strategies, including incentives and premium pricing, based upon community occupancy, rate analysis, and market dynamics.

• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address underperformance.

• Guide the implementation and ongoing use of CRM systems and reporting.

• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to align learning initiatives with performance needs.

• Support the integration and performance of acquired communities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive planning and messaging across the organization.

• Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the sales organization.

• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting efforts.

• Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.

• Maintain resident, associate, and community confidentiality and adhere to Residents' Rights.

• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of five years of progressive sales leadership experience in a multi-site environment that includes substantial and quantifiable success.

• Proven ability to lead internal sales teams and execute strategies to exceed performance targets.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights and develop strategies from sales data.

• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members for high performance.

• Ability to communicate clearly, influence others, and lead by example.

• Highly collaborative with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to deliver engaging large group, small group, and individual presentations.

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in computer utilization including but not limited to Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and interpersonal skills to work with various people including associates, residents, families, and professionals.

• Promote positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork.

• Respond positively to constructive feedback by listening to supervisor, customers and peers and utilize it to improve performance.

• Ability to travel frequently throughout the country with overnight stays.
