District Business Manager | Remote (Western Region US: Denver CO, Phoenix AZ, Salt Lake City UT)

Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a District Business Manager to oversee the surgical vision business across a nine-state western region. This remote position involves managing a specialized sales team, executing business strategy, and driving revenue across cataract and refractive product lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage US cataract and refractive franchise business for assigned district geography
• Lead and develop team of Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, and Key Account Managers
• Achieve balanced quota across capital equipment and consumable product categories
• Hire, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals aligned to specialty areas
• Maintain knowledge of cataract surgery products and portfolio including phacoemulsification systems and intraocular lenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at E6 pay grade or higher
• Minimum 5 years relevant business experience with proven leadership capabilities
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Knowledge of capital and consumable selling cycles preferred
• Ophthalmology sales experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with operating room environment and OR etiquette preferred
• Valid US driver's license; up to 60% travel required
