Job Summary/Purpose Supports the engineering department by participating in the day to day activities of the group. Assignments are made for specific tasks based on the needs of the department, including data analysis, which include but aren’t limited to walk-downs, preparation of documents, engineering tasks, preparation of documents, etc. PS Job Title Student, Intern Work Place Flexibility Onsite Legal Entity Entergy Services, LLC Job Duties/Responsibilities Supports the Reactor Engineering, Design Engineering, Systems & Components or Engineering Plant Support department with day to day tasks. Conducts troubleshooting Conducts data analysis. Prepares documents, spreadsheets, presentations, interoffice correspondence and copies. Conducts follow-ups in a detailed fashion. Handles multiple assignments and works within deadlines. Is proactive in forwarding work issues to the appropriate managers/supervisors. Supports Reactor Engineering on-shift during power maneuvers. Minimum Requirements Candidates must be actively enrolled and pursuing a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree in Nuclear, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering (for the duration of their internship). Seeking candidates who will be rising juniors, seniors, or beyond at the time of hire, as indicated above. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale), verified through an official transcript from the previous semester.
