Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and highly collaborative Marketing Project Manager with mandatory hands-on proficiency in Adobe Workfront to join a premier entertainment and hospitality organization in Nashville.

Serving as the operational backbone of the marketing department, this individual will independently own marketing project intake, timeline planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional execution across a variety of high-visibility creative initiatives—including brand development, web projects, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Workfront & Project Intake Management:
• Manage incoming marketing requests and creative briefs through Adobe Workfront, keeping it updated as the central source of truth.
• Build end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, task assignments, and resource schedules.
• Proactively track project progress, manage deadlines, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Marketing & Creative Campaign Management:
• Oversee multi-channel creative deliverables spanning paid media, email marketing, digital, print, brand campaigns, and website projects.
• Support ongoing rebranding initiatives and upcoming quarterly/annual marketing planning.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, channel managers) and external freelancers or agency partners.
• Balance competing priorities and optimize resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Meeting Leadership & Stakeholder Communication:
• Lead weekly marketing project meetings, creative reviews, and regular team stand-ups.
• Prepare agendas, status reports, meeting notes, and actionable next steps.
• Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Expertise: Required. Must have hands-on experience building project templates, managing intake workflows, assigning resources, and tracking deliverables within Workfront.
• Project Management Experience: 3+ years of professional project management experience, with a strong preference for marketing, creative services, or advertising agency environments.
• Independent Execution: Proven track record of independently driving multiple creative or marketing projects from initial intake through final delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience coordinating efforts between designers, copywriters, digital/channel marketers, and executive stakeholders.
• Executive Presence & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and managing expectations with senior leadership.
