Perform massages & spa treatments booked Set-up and tear-down and cleaning of massage room We start at 35% commission plus tips. After 1 year of employment we offer opportunities to graduate to 40% and ultimately 45% commission based on reliability and performance. All employees of the spa receive 65% off all services, and 35% off retail products. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to sign up for 401k and health insurance.
