About the Role:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to support our Anytime Fitness clubs in Spanaway, Milton and Puyallup, WA. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained for our members and staff. Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as drywall, painting, plumbing, and light electrical and other miscellaneous repairs
- Inspecting and maintaining fitness equipment
- Assisting with facility cleaning and upkeep
- Pressure washing bathroom tile showers
- recalking sinks, tile and shower tubs when needed
- Responding to maintenance requests from staff and members
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
