Job Description

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Four Handed dentistry.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with health regulations.
Utilize dental software such as Open Dental for patient record management, scheduling, and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
Manage patient flow within the clinic, ensuring timely appointments and effective communication with patients.
Support pediatric dentistry procedures by providing compassionate care to children and their families.
Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
