Job Description
ICU Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule:
12-hour night shifts

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Current ICU nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Willingness to float to Med Surg as needed
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:
- Flu vaccine is required; no exceptions.
- Must be within a 100-mile radius rule for travel assignments.
- Up to 3 days of RTO may be requested per contract.
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per contract; guaranteed hours may not apply.
- Call shifts of 24 hours in duration are required.
