Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring specialty proficiency in ENT, Neuro, or surgical oncology cases.

Job Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting,
• Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 6:30 PM-6:30 AM, Tuesday-Thursday,
• No weekend requirements,
• No on-call requirements with night shift,
• Will float to all ORs,

Job Requirements

• Active KS or Compact RN license required,
• AHA BLS certification required,
• Proficiency required in at least one specialty: ENT (trach/airways, head/neck flaps, ears, soft tissue cases), Neuro (burr holes, craniotomy), or surgical oncology (robotics),
• Level I trauma experience preferred,
• New graduates will not be considered,

Additional Information

• Perform circulating and/or scrub RN duties across a variety of surgical specialties,
• In-person orientation held Monday/Tuesday, with nursing orientation and EPIC training offered biweekly Wednesday-Friday,
• Nicotine-free facility,
• Holiday coverage not required, though pay may be adjusted if a holiday falls on a scheduled workday,
• Local and travel candidates accepted at the same bill rate,
• First-time travelers may be considered
