Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or maintain activities of daily living, mobility, and functional performance.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, therapeutic modalities, and interventions to promote independence.
- Document evaluation findings, goals, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor and re-evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Availability to work the specified shift schedule in a travel assignment
- Ability to meet guaranteed hours of 35 per week
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Experience and competencies aligned with general occupational therapy practice in adult populations (as applicable to a SNF setting)
