Just real machining: mills, lathes, and the ability to figure out what broke, make the part, and get the line back up./ppstrongWhat the Job Involves/strong/pulliUse manual Bridgeport mills, lathes, and related tooling to fabricate and repair production components/liliDiagnose mechanical failures on presses, roll formers, and industrial machinery/liliReverse engineer worn or broken parts when drawings arent available/liliKeep the tool room and machining area organized and functional/liliWork alongside a maintenance crew and step up when equipment goes down/li/ulpstrongWhat Theyre Looking For/strong/pulliAt least 2 years running manual machine tools in a production or fabrication environment/liliComfortable on mills and lathes without relying on CNC or automated setups/liliStrong mechanical instincts especially on equipment that doesnt have a manual anymore/liliCan work from a worn part or a rough sketch just as easily as a formal drawing/liliMakes decisions independently and doesnt need someone looking over their shoulder/liliSteady, dependable, and not looking for drama/li/ulpstrongCompensation Benefits/strong/pulli$40$50/hour based on experience/liliHealth, dental, and vision coverage/lili401(k) with employer match/liliPaid time off and holidays/liliLong-standing, privately held manufacturer stable work environment with low turnover/li/ul/div
