Mandatory Experience:

• Medical / Surgical Adult unit - LPN
• Shift: Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required.
• LPN will work primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units and will also float occasionally between various Med-Surg units as needed (Surgical, Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, etc.).
• 36 hours/week. Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required. There is no call requirement.
• Current Epic EMR proficiency is required
• Active BLS and Ohio LPN license are both required.
• Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience is required.
• Must be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight.
• Must be able to read Telemetry
