Responsibilities:

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments
• Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments
• Enters information on dental software in patient accounts
• Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information
• Collects all monies due for services rendered
• Uses financing options to support case acceptance
• Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
• Reviews online scheduling
• Answers incoming calls promptly and places outbound calls

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred- Open Dental
