• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Primary Care

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
• Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, ECG)
• Administer medications and manage ongoing patient care
• Facilitate discussions on end-of-life preferences and advanced care planning
• Coordinate with specialists and ensure timely discharge planning
• Support perioperative care when necessary
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care

What You Need

Required

• Active Minnesota State MD License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care

Preferred

• Prior outpatient experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
