That’s why we need you, an experienced FMS F-35B Subject Matter Expert who can ensure success through management, careful analysis, and effective communication.We have an opportunity for an FMS F-35B Subject Matter Expert to join our team as we support our client’s international initiatives to acquire, deliver, and sustain a fully capable, interoperable, and operationally dominant international FMS nation's F-35 program. In this role, you’ll directly support the logistic and sustainment manager and program manager by leading the planning and presentations for working groups, logistics readiness reviews, and key integrated logistic support engagements. You’ll also serve in a lead role alongside program leadership to drive and achieve logistics support objectives, including lifecycle support, configuration data management, reliability, maintainability and availability, and interfacing with the foreign client.We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. The world can’t wait.You Have:10+ years of experience working with DoW projects involving foreign nationsExperience with international agreements and projectsExperience with site activation and ship integrationKnowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of aircraft system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of aircraft systems, subsystems, and equipmentKnowledge of the aircraft system equipment lifecycle phasesKnowledge of federal laws and DoW regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and foreign military salesAbility to interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysisAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeTop Secret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience working with foreign counterparts, including in the PACOM Area of ResponsibilityExperience as a pilot with Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraftExperience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 Logistics and SustainmentKnowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program managementKnowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including the FMS sales process such as case development, implementation, execution, and closureAbility to prepare and present convincing verbal and written presentations to any or all levels of government and industry management to effectively prove and justify significant deviations from established sustainment policy and defend necessary modifications to previously approved plansPossession of excellent diplomatic skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or EngineeringClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
