About the Role:

Advance Therapy in White Bear Lake, MN is looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare environment where you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience. Part-time position, approximately 20-24 hours. This is a great position for a parent who wants to work during school hours. This role is primarily cleaning, organizing and back up basic front desk tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience

Confirm patient appointments

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and treatment areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player

Hours are flexible, but Friday hours between 10:00-2:00/ 3:00 are a must
