Registered Nurse (RN) Cecil Campus Float Pool Part-time Weekends

Registered Nurse II – Cecil Campus Float Pool (Weekend) Part‑time, 24 hours weekly (7:00p.m.–7:30a.m. shift), rotating weekends and holidays as per departmental guidelines. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in a variety of units as part of the float pool. Deliver patient‑centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Advocate for patients and maintain critical thinking, problem‑solving, and compassionate care. Work scheduled evenings and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Registered Nurse with a current, active RN license in Maryland. BSN required; ADN candidates must commit to completing BSN within 3 years of hire. Minimum 1 year of acute‑care experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) license required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred and must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
