ABA Behavioral Therapist - United Arab Emirates Behavioral Therapist - United Arab Emirates Location : Living full-time in United Arab Emirates (living accommodations & travel to U.A.E. will be provided and paid for by company) Schedule : Full-time, onsite in U.A.E. (flexibility required) Yearly Salary : $70,000 USD Why Join Us? As an ABA Therapist working for our client in the UAE, you’ll play a key role in helping an individual achieve their goals while working with a collaborative team of professionals. What You’ll Do As an ABA Therapist , you’ll implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to support skill development and independence. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing clinical programming as designed by the BCBA and Lead Teacher. Collecting and recording accurate data to track progress. Participating in team meetings to enhance programming and collaboration. Supporting individuals in community activities such as classes, sports lessons, and other outings. Ensuring consistency in programming across different environments, including travel. Maintaining clear and professional communication with families, team members, and supervisors. Advocating for and safeguarding individuals’ rights. Completing all required training and maintaining relevant certifications. Who You Are You’re a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You thrive in a structured environment and are eager to apply your knowledge of ABA principles to create meaningful change. Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Experience with ABA-based programming. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
