A Vice President (VP) of Sales is a passionate individual responsible for designing a sales strategy, leading sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary:

Compass Financial Holding Group is seeking a results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our comprehensive revenue-driving platform in factoring, fuel credit and commercial lending. In this senior executive role, you will architect market strategies, build performing sales teams, and optimize our pipeline to hit anticipated growth projections.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design, execute, and evolve scalable regional or global sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed profitability targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales teams.
• Key Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and business partners to ensure retention.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market, competitor trends, and emerging opportunities to maximize market footprint.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 7+years of successful factoring or commercial sales management experience.
• Travel: Ability to travel 50% or more to engage with remote teams, industry conferences, and business partners.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Pay: Salary starting from $100,000.00 per year (based on experience)
