Mental Health Therapist

Overview We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist who can help our patients manage their mental health conditions. In this position, you will meet with each patient, assess their current mental state, identify areas of concern, and develop a course of therapeutic treatment that can help them overcome or manage their issues. You may also refer them to medical professionals for additional treatment, such as medication. Our ideal applicant has a master's degree in counseling or psychology. You should also have 5 years of clinical experience, as well as in-person and telehealth experience. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when needed Qualifications Master\'s degree in counseling or psychology Current state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) 5 years of clinical experience In-person and telehealth experience Strong skills in active listening, empathy, and building therapeutic rapport A commitment to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
