Trial Attorney

A distinguished California-based litigation firm specializing in Lemon Law is seeking a seasoned Senior Trial Attorney to join its team. This role involves aggressively representing consumers in cases against car manufacturers and dealers. The position offers an opportunity to take on significant trial responsibilities, including first chair roles in jury and bench trials. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in litigation and trial advocacy, and a passion for consumer rights. Duties

Develop trial strategy and take first chair responsibility in trials. Conduct complex legal research and oversee case prosecution. Interface with specialized outside counsel on behalf of the firm and its clients. Draft and argue motions and oppositions on complex legal issues. Conduct depositions of witnesses, experts, and key corporate representatives. Collaborate on policy improvements and client communication strategies. Ensure timely resolution of legal issues as they arise. Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of litigation and trial experience. Proven track record with multiple jury verdicts and trial experience as first chair. Experience in Arbitration, Coordinated Proceedings, and Multi-District Litigation preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, timekeeping software, and client file management. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications

Licensed to practice law in California. Skills
