Assembler – Electro‑Mechanical (Aircraft Components)

Hands‑On Build Work | Training Provided | High‑Quality Shop

Join a team building aircraft components from start to finish. If you like mechanical work, tools, and seeing your projects come together, this role gives you stability, skill‑building, and a clean, organized environment.

• Assemble electro‑mechanical aircraft parts using hand & power tools
• Read blueprints and schematics to complete builds accurately
• Use rivet guns, drill presses, and fabrication tools
• Measure and mark materials with precision
• Assist with hydraulic work and wiring (training provided)
• Follow assembly procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

• 6+ months mechanical assembly or fabrication experience
• Tape‑measure accuracy (3+ months)
• 1+ year using power tools
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics
• Comfort with rivet guns, drill presses, and shop tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Strong attention to detail + safety mindset

• Mechanical assembler or fabrication experience
• Basic hydraulic or electrical knowledge
• Comfort in a tool‑intensive environment
• Willingness to learn new processes

• Clean, organized, safety‑focused shop
• Hands‑on work with real aircraft components
• Training in hydraulics + point‑to‑point wiring
• See projects through from start to finish
• Supportive, small‑team environment

• Tool‑intensive shop with hands‑on mechanical work
• Safety gear provided (glasses, ear plugs, PPE)
• Mix of independent and two‑person team projects
• On your feet most of the day, using tools and equipment

This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
