Base Pay

$22 per hour

Earn More with Shift Differentials

Evening & Night Shifts: $23.50 per hour

Weekend Day Shifts: $27.00 per hour

Weekend Evening & Night Shifts: $28.50–$29.25 per hour

Pay-in-Lieu Option

$25 per hour

Shift differentials are not available for employees who elect the Pay-in-Lieu option

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility• Provide care in accordance with individualized resident care plans• Support nursing staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff• Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed• Document care provided according to facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Pennsylvania• High school diploma or GED preferred• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care
