Director - Critical Care

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Position Summary This Director position will be overseeing all of the Critical Care Units at Mount Carmel East to include the Cardiac ICU, Medical ICU, Neuro ICU and Surgical Trauma ICU as well as the Intermediate Care Units to include the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, Neuro Intermediate Care Unit and the Surgical Intermediate Care Unit. Respiratory Therapy and Rapid Response Team. What the Director of Critical Care will need Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN Required Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio Master's in Nursing, Healthcare, Business or Related Field Required. Prior ICU nursing and/or Leadership Experience Preferred. Prior Director and Change Management Experience Preferred. What the Director of Critical Care will do Drive Evidence-Based/Best Practice Work collaboratively with physicians/surgeons/pulmonologists for cardiac, medical and surgical care services.
