Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $20.30 to $20.55 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Work Requirements This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required.
