Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, addressing health needs from infancy through elder years.
• Guide patients in managing chronic conditions, preventive health measures, acute illnesses, and mental health challenges, always placing their needs first.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and design tailored treatment strategies.
• Engage with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare quality and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Provide healthcare services both in-person and virtually to accommodate patient preferences and requirements.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active California medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
