Client Services Representative - Entry-Level

We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Services Representative to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level position is focused on building strong client relationships, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and customers.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and representing brands in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and provide professional, responsive customer service.

• Serve as a point of contact for client questions, updates, and requests.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

• Represent client brands at promotional events, activations, and marketing campaigns.

• Communicate product, service, and campaign information clearly and confidently.

• Assist with event preparation, coordination, and execution.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign updates, and event details.

• Gather customer and client feedback and communicate relevant information to management.

• Resolve routine questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

• Support additional client service and marketing initiatives as needed.
