Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer who can help work through the vulnerability backlog, support surveillance and RCFAs, and provide additional capacity for optimization studies.

Provide process engineering support for LNG plant reliability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and long-term optimization initiatives. The role will help identify and resolve operational vulnerabilities, support root cause investigations, execute engineering studies, and drive closure of reliability improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting of process-related reliability and production issues.
• Monitor plant performance, identify vulnerabilities, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and lessons learned implementation.
• Execute process studies, simulations, and optimization projects.
• Support Management of Change (MOC), PSSR, and process safety activities.
• Develop technical recommendations to improve reliability, operability, and capacity.
• Support Train 1 stabilization efforts and Train 2 startup readiness activities.
• Interface with Operations, Maintenance, Process Controls, and external engineering resources.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years of LNG, Upstream, gas processing, refining, or petrochemical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, process safety, and plant optimization skills.
• Experience with process simulation tools and performance monitoring systems.
• Demonstrated ability to convert operational issues into sustainable reliability improvements.
