About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient for a 13-week contract opportunity in Baker, Montana, with the possibility of extension. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population while developing individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans based on functional needs and treatment goals.

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions and modify treatment plans according to patient progress and clinical response.

• Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility, safety, and strategies to support functional improvement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years of Physical Therapist Experience Required.

• Current, Active Montana Physical Therapist License Required.

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program Required.

• Ability to Treat a Broad Range of Outpatient Conditions and Provide Occasional Long-Term Care / Skilled Swing Coverage Required.

• Strong Communication, Clinical Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Interdisciplinary Collaboration Skills Required.
