Types of Cases: Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry; Pulm/Bronc Lab; Gastro; OB:Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural heart
Supervision or independent: independently
Specific requirements/restrictions: Cannot live within 90 miles of the facility; Must Cross Credential at and work at all 4 locations; NBCRNA with at least one year of experience; ACLS and PALS and they must be AHA or American Red Cross Required; Active AZ License Required; Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED.
