Territory Account Manager (Lexington, KY) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Vision Care
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Territory Account Manager for the Lexington, Kentucky area to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses to eye care professionals. The role combines prospecting, relationship management, and product expertise within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customer prospects and maintain relationships with established accounts for ACUVUE contact lens sales
- Assess customer strategic priorities, business operations, and end-user needs to position tailored product solutions
- Learn organizational products, services, and sales techniques through training and field mentorship
- Communicate product differentiation and clinical/financial value propositions compliant with regulations
- Execute pre-call planning and account management activities to drive behavior change and secure orders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Two years business-to-business or medical sales experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Residence in or near Lexington, Kentucky
- Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and travel independently
