Working with Brightside means the ability to practice with clinical autonomy alongside psychiatrist support while creating a flexible work schedule. Our providers use the latest tools, including a custom‑built practice management EMR and clinical decision support, all truly designed to be easy to use. Responsibilities Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficiency in writing medical information at a patient level Be technology savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical care Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote), including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging Consistently respond to the clinical leadership team and be highly reliable to our members Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling as needed in a timely manner Complete charting within 48 hours of each session Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients Requirements Active and clear APRN license Licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required) At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate Previous experience working in an outpatient setting Telehealth experience and a high comfort level with technology Licensed in 4+ states (the more the merrier) 8+ hours of availability per week Experience working with adolescents is strongly preferred Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid We know that diversity brings the best problem‑solving and creative thinking, and we are committed to equity and inclusion.
