Facility Based Crisis Registered Nurse PRN

Position Facility Based Crisis Registered Nurse PRN Job Type & Schedule PRN. Average length of stay 5–7 days. Sign‑on bonus $5,000. Job Responsibilities Utilize nursing assessment skills to assess and monitor clients and respond to crises timely. Comply with Controlled Substances policies and maintain accurate inventories and controlled logs. Monitor consumers and take appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications. Complete QA activities and participate in the QA process. Communicate effectively with the team. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Must meet education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified for the service. Prefer one year of nursing experience; experience in behavioral health nursing preferred. Some college training and/or management experience helpful. Valid driver’s license (condition of employment) with personal vehicle insurance coverage. Maintain proficiency in company‑sponsored training, certifications, and privileging as required. Pre‑employment Screening Criminal background check, name check in OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Drug testing.
