Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to promote personal growth and wellness.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor progress towards these goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy tools for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Our counselors are trained to effectively engage with clients of all ages, and they utilize their skills to create inclusive treatment plans that honor diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, while a master's or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively with the counseling team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting while handling multiple caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is required, candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services are encouraged to apply. Experience in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth best practices is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with caseload and experience. Benefits include:
