Alliance ABA Therapy is the fastest growing ABA program in Northern Virginia! We are looking for another LCSWs, LPCs, BCBA/BCaBA to join our growing practice supporting children with Autism in an in-home setting. We have limited turnover, a strong Clinical team, and a supportive administration. Our company culture is child-centered and our clinicians are provided with all the resources they need to ensure their kiddos are receiving the best services. The clinician will be responsible for maintaining a clinical caseload of 8-13 clients depending on the needs of their clients. Please do not apply if you are not passionate about excellent clinical outcomes and truly bettering the lives of the families we support.

Applicants must have a current BCBA/BCaBA certification, LCSW or LPC license. Must have excellent time management skills, experience managing caseload and working on special projects, and display exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment.
