Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are looking for a highly motivated Acquisitions Specialist to help drive growth across two successful State Farm agencies operating from one shared office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a competitive insurance sales professional who wants more opportunities, more customer interactions, and more earning potential.

If you're energized by prospecting, building relationships, and closing business, you'll thrive in this production-focused role. You'll work with warm leads, referrals, and prospecting efforts while helping customers protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.

Licensing Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to your start date.

• Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

• Full licensing support, study resources, and coaching are provided.

Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound prospecting, and lead follow-up.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.

• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend customized coverage solutions.

• Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize customer protection and agency growth.

• Follow up consistently to convert quotes into written business.

• Support existing customers with policy reviews and identify additional coverage opportunities.

• Partner with both agents to exceed agency production goals while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.

• Previous insurance, sales, banking, or business development experience preferred.
