Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing company in Frazee, MN. In this role, you’ll support high-quality machining operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment used to produce precision parts for top-tier companies across North America. Job Type: Temp | Full-time

Location: Frazee, MN

Compensation: $25.00–$38.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: 1st shift | Weekdays | Daytime hours

What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:

• Review and interpret engineering schematics and technical drawings
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for specific production jobs
• Operate CNC machinery to produce parts to exact specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:

• Certificate in machine shop technology, machine tool technology, or machinist program
• 1+ years of mechanical assembly or machining experience preferred
• Recognized apprenticeship may be required
• Strong math, analytical, and computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• High attention to detail and strong self-motivation
