Frequent pushing and pulling of truck side‑curtain walls and use of winches and ratchet straps for load securement Continuous standing and walking for most of the shift (often 8–10+ hours) Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, gripping, and handling materials such as pallets, panels, lumber, straps, and tools Occasional climbing, squatting, and kneeling to complete assigned tasks Extended operation of forklifts, including frequent mounting and dismounting during picking, staging, and loading.
