Job Title: Senior Health Care Analyst
Job Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Job Description/ Requirement:
- Strong experience with SAS and SQL
- Experience analyzing large pharmacy and Medicare datasets
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D and pharmacy operations
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools
- Experience with SharePoint and operational reporting
- Knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems
- Ability to use AI tools for data analysis and reporting
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis, business analysis, healthcare economics, or related fields
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Medicare pharmacy audits and analytics
- Experience building executive dashboards
- Ability to gather business requirements and develop reports
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Healthcare payer industry experience
